These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wisconsin, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
